About us
The Cornwall SDG International Afro & Diversity Festival will be an annual event celebrating Afro and the cultural diversity of Cornwall SDG County and surrounding communities.
This annual meeting will also be a platform for international cultural exchanges.
The festival will be held within the esplanade of Lamoureux Park in the city of Cornwall, Ontario to allow various festival-goers to come and enjoy the magnificent atmosphere.
Goals
Celebrate artistic and cultural diversity and promote social inclusion by highlighting the different cultures represented in the communities.
To provide a space for artistic, gastronomic, cinematographic, theatrical, exhibition and music expressions of culture through a multicultural festival allowing participants to discover and better understand the different traditions and ways of life of other communities.
Create and establish links with the various organizations, existing associations, while encouraging a spirit of collaboration with institutions such as: Ministry of arts, cultures, immigration, tourism, international cooperation…
Use the official languages through entertaining activities and encourage strong collaboration with the International Organization of La Francophonie.

Set up a multilateral and multicultural space for annual meetings both for the populations of the city of Cornwall, surrounding towns and the various players in the global Francophonie.
To attract tourism to the City of Cornwall SDG during the festival period.
